12月５日に誠文堂新光社さまより新しい著書が発売になります。
「あんこのおやつ 和＆洋素材とあんこのおいしい組み合わせ」
仕事柄、洋菓子好きと思われることも多いのですが、実は、あんこが大好きです。
今回、この企画を提案してくれたのが「塩レモンでつくるおうちイタリアン」で一緒に本作りをしたフードスタイリストのつがねゆきこさん。
あんこ好き同士、プライベートでは大福や羊羹を手土産にしたり、和カフェであんみつ食べたり、、、そういう私たちにぴったりなテーマでした。
あんこへの想いは「はじめに」にも書いてあります。
これまたあんこ好きな編集Fさんも「カミングアウトですね〜」とニヤニヤしていました。
和菓子だけでもない。洋菓子だけでもない。
あんこの魅力をたっぷりと引き出した本になっていると思います。
